Hello and welcome to the NCN Professional Skin Analysis Questionnaire! As the owner of NCN, I get hundreds of emails daily requesting my help with product selection. As a medical esthetician, the more information I have about your individual skin, the better I can do at recommending the products that are just right for you. After my thorough analysis, I will personally email you with the products I recommend for you. Should you decide to purchase any items, I will then email you complete instructions for your a.m. and p.m. skin care routines.
Your information will not be shared with anyone but me. There is a space at the bottom of the Skin Analysis Questionnaire where you have the opportunity to add any other information that you feel is pertinent about your skin that will assist me with my comprehensive analysis.
